How this site handles data, analytics, and affiliate links, plainly stated.
We keep this simple: we collect as little as possible, set no cookies, and never track you across the web.
Analytics
We use privacy-first, cookieless analytics that count page views without identifying you or building a profile of you. Because no cookies are set, there is no consent banner to click through. We do not use Google Analytics or any cross-site advertising tracker.
Affiliate links
Some articles link to products we think are genuinely useful. A few of those are affiliate links: if you buy through one, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we recommend or what you pay. Affiliate links are marked, and any article containing them carries a disclosure near the top. (Amazon Associates is our first program; we may add other on-brand programs over time.)
Advertising
The site currently runs no display ads. If that ever changes, any ad network we use must be cookie-free and non-tracking, the same privacy posture as the rest of the site.
The interest survey
Some articles link to a short interest survey. Its only purpose is demand discovery: we’re trying to understand whether there’s genuine interest in a particular kind of hands-on wellbeing work, how much, and roughly where. Filling it in is entirely optional.
Every survey response is stored anonymously. We keep your answers and a coarse location (the town or city you tell us, so we can see where interest is concentrated), but no name, no email, and nothing that identifies you. We set no cookies for the survey and we don’t store your IP address with your answers.
Email & the waitlist
At the end of the survey you may be invited to leave your email, so we can let you know if something takes shape near you. This step is always optional, and email is the single piece of personal information we keep.
We add your email to the waitlist only with your express consent: you actively agree before anything is stored, and we keep the exact wording you agreed to along with the date. Your email is not linked back to your anonymous survey answers. We don’t sell or share it, we keep it only for as long as we need it, and you can ask us to remove you at any time.

The town and city suggestions in the survey use data from GeoNames, licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0.
This is a plain-language colophon, not legal boilerplate; it will be finalised alongside the site’s public brand before launch.
